Some stories begin with a business plan. Mine began with a Brussels Griffon named Toby. A scruffy, soulful, gloriously odd little creature who somehow managed to make everyone he met feel like the most important person in the room.

Toby lived an extraordinary 18 years, and in that time he left his paw print on everyone who crossed his path. Family, friends, complete strangers, and anyone curious enough to stop and ask, "What on earth is that?" Part Ewok, part Chewbacca, part Gremlin, and entirely his own magnificent self, he had a way of giving love so freely and so fully that it simply couldn't be ignored.

Sadly, Toby is no longer with us. But here's the thing about a dog like Toby. He's not the kind of soul you just move on from. The joy he brought, the memories he made, the sheer personality packed into that tiny, wrinkled face. None of that goes quietly. It stays. It lingers. It deserves to be celebrated.

So that's exactly what I did.

Whimsical Griffon was founded in his honor. A brand built on the love, laughter, and pure magic that Brussels Griffons bring into our lives. Every design is a little nod to Toby and to every Griffon out there doing their very best to run the household.
