Refund policy

At Whimsical Griffon, every tee is made with love for you and the Brussels Griffon in your life. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Orders that were printed or shipped incorrectly

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the process started, just reach out to us at whimsicalgriffon@proton.me with your order number and a quick description of the issue — a photo helps too, if you have one!

Please note that because each item is printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or sizing issues, so be sure to check our size guide before ordering.
